All dinners come with a simple instruction card - ready to assemble and cook. No chopping, measuring or slicing involved (other than adding a bit of water or oil for some meals). Cooking times vary from 10-60 minutes, with minimal effort required.
Choose from our menu of over 50 delicious, nutritious selections, including a wide variety of tastes from Western, Ethnic, Vegetarian, or Gluten Free dishes. Orders can also be customized to suit tastes and dietary needs.

Salmon Teriyaki with Harvest Rice
Salmon fillets with a flavourful teriyaki marinade served over a bed of harvest rice.
